The Mason Belfield

This property developer client needed an office suite combined with a sales space to showcase properties in development to potential clients. A rectangle of single circuit track was created using corner joiners, and is suspended 1m from the 4.2m ceiling. Black track lights in 3000K warm white illuminate a scale model of the development below, and renderings and promotional images of the development mounted on the surrounding walls. This project also used suspended aluminium linear profiles, 150mm wide by 70mm high. These are powder-coated black and have the driver in the ceiling, in case of any maintenance requirements.
