Dimming Options
All of our track lights are phase dimmable, allowing you to control brightness directly from a standard wall dimmer. This gives you smooth, consistent adjustment without the need for complex control systems or programming. Phase dimming is reliable, easy to use and perfectly suited to galleries, retail spaces, offices and residential interiors.
Most of our installations use single-circuit track, meaning all lights on that run dim together from one wall switch. This is ideal for spaces where a unified lighting level is preferred, such as gallery walls, living areas, displays or general room illumination.
For projects that require separate lighting zones, a 3-circuit system is also available. This allows different groups of lights to be switched or dimmed independently while still running on the same physical track.

Colour Rendering Index (CRI)
The Colour Rendering Index, or CRI, measures how accurately a light source reveals the true colours, tones and fine details of what it illuminates. It describes how closely the light compares to natural daylight and how faithfully it allows the human eye to interpret colour. CRI is measured on a scale from 1 to 100, with higher numbers providing more natural and accurate colour reproduction.
When lighting artwork, photography, retail displays or detailed interior spaces, CRI becomes one of the most important technical factors. A lower CRI light (such as CRI 80 or 85, common in basic commercial fittings) can distort colour, flatten texture and make vibrant pieces appear dull or slightly “off.” Reds may shift toward brown, whites can become yellow or green, and shadow detail is often lost.
High CRI lighting, however, ensures that colours remain rich, true and consistent. Blues stay blue, skin tones look natural, blacks remain deep and textured surfaces appear exactly as intended. This is essential for galleries, designers, premium retail spaces and any environment where the accurate presentation of colour matters.

Track can be arranged in any configuration or size you need, whether you require linear runs, T shaped, U shaped, I shaped, S shaped, squares, circular or rectangular. It can be fitted on beams, on an angled or sloped ceiling where pendants may not be suitable, or on a vaulted ceiling to bring the light level down. Our track systems utilise energy efficient LEDs, which offer cost benefits over traditional halogen lights or CFL.
They are easier to maintain as they require replacement bulbs less frequently, and LEDs do not have disadvantages such as problems with buzzing or flickering that can be familiar from old style fluorescent lighting. We can advise you on how many lights are needed and how to position them. Whilst track is fixed, track lights are adjustable, so the scheme will be flexible and can be adapted as needed.
If you have an existing track solution, we can advise you on alternatives to replace and update it. Our single circuit track is available in 1m, 2m and 3m sizes, with 4 wire track available upon request. Track can also be cut to your required length. These options can be combined to meet all specifications, however long or large the track required, meaning there is no set maximum length.
