Our track lights are available in 9W, 15W, 30W and 40W. A compact 9W light works best in residential projects, in areas which are not regularly occupied or used. Our 15W, 30W and 40W lights are all dimmable as standard. The 15W light is the most popular in residential spaces, where dimming is particularly important. More powerful 30W and 40W lights are suited to commercial spaces. The 40W is our highest-powered track light for very bright illumination.

Modern track lighting is an adaptable and versatile lighting solution using energy efficient LEDs. It suits a variety of commercial and residential uses and can provide task, ambient and accent lighting, depending on the needs of the space. 

We can provide track in 1m, 2m and 3m lengths. It can also be cut to your required length as needed, so any size and shape of track can be configured.

 

Mounting Options

Modern track lighting can be surface-mounted, recessed, or suspended. 

Surface-mounted track fixes directly to the ceiling. This offers the simplest installation option and is suitable for most ceiling surfaces. 

It is more complicated to recess track lighting into the ceiling, but the result is a sleek and streamlined appearance.  

If ceilings are high or sloping, track can be suspended from the ceiling, to bring the light level lower. We have kits with adjustable wires that can suspend track up to 1.5m or up to 3m from the ceiling.

 

 Accessories

Our range of track accessories includes T joiners, L joiners and flexible joiners. These allow track to be joined at corners, cross-sections or T junctions to create any shape required. Our track is supplied with a power feed at one end and an end cap on the other. There is also the option for a middle power feed. 

 

Fitting Colours

Our modern track, and track lights, are available in a black or white finish.

 

Colour Temperatures

Our track lights are available in two colour temperatures: Cool White (5000K) or Warm White (3000K).

Cool White (5000K) is the best option for working environments. This colour temperature is closer to natural daylight so is suitable for commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, or anywhere clear and bright light is needed.

Warm White (3000K) creates a cozier, more relaxing ambience ideal for residential projects and art gallery spaces. It is closer to fire or candlelight. 

 

Colour Rendering Index (CRI)

Colour Rendering Index (CRI) is a measure of how a light source affects the way colour is seen by the human eye, and how colour variations and shade are interpreted.

The index is on a scale from 1 to 100. Lights with a high CRI level give the best representation of colour and detail. A high CRI level is particularly important in settings such as galleries or retail stores.
