Industrial Track Lighting
Our ceiling track lights are available in 9W, 15W, 30W and 40W. The more powerful 30W and 40W lights are best suited to commercial spaces such as retail stores, showrooms or offices. The 40W is our highest-powered track light for very bright illumination. Our 15W, 30W and 40W lights are all dimmable as standard.
Track can be configured in any shape or size, which makes it effective for large industrial spaces. Track lighting is highly customisable and adaptable, and can deliver a mix of task, ambient and accent lighting, depending on the environment and requirements.
Industrial track lighting can be surface mounted or recessed. In warehouse and commercial spaces, track is often suspended to bring the light level down, if ceilings are high.
Surface mounted track fixes directly to the ceiling. This is the simplest and most convenient option and is suitable for most ceiling surfaces.
Recessing track into the ceiling is a more complex installation, but gives a sleek and streamlined appearance.
Suspending track helps bring the light level lower where ceilings are high, or sloping. We have adjustable kits that can suspend track up to 1.5m, or up to 3m, from the ceiling.
Our track comes in lengths of 1m, 2m and 3m. It can also be cut to your required length. By using our range of accessories, track lengths can be joined to make your larger runs or shapes. T joiners, L joiners and flexible joiners allow track lengths to be joined at corners, cross-sections or T junctions, to create your required shape. Our track is supplied with a power feed at one end and an end cap on the other. There is also the option to have the power feed in the middle of the track.
All of our track lengths and track lights are available in a choice of black or white finish.
Our ceiling track lights are available in two colour temperatures: Cool White (5000K) or Warm White (3000K).
A Cool White (5000K) colour temperature is closer to natural daylight. This is the preferred option for working environments, such as offices, retail stores, or anywhere clear and bright light is needed. Cool White is the best option for industrial spaces.
A Warm White (3000K) colour temperature is closer to fire or candlelight. Warm White creates a cozier, more relaxing ambience ideal for residential projects and art gallery spaces.
Colour Rendering Index (CRI)
The Colour Rendering Index (CRI) works on a scale from 1 to 100. CRI is a measure of how light affects the way colour is seen. Lights with a high CRI level will give the best representation of colour and detail, so these are especially important in settings such as galleries or retail stores, or in workspaces where detailed tasks are carried out.
